All sales of physical products, including but not limited to mushroom cultivation kits, spores (for microscopy use only), grow supplies, and merchandise, are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or accidental orders.
- Dissatisfaction with product results, as cultivation and microscopy outcomes depend on user technique and environmental factors.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Non-returnable items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives physically damaged, defective, or is incorrect due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. To be eligible for a replacement or credit, you must:
- Provide your order number.
- Send clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged/defective product and its packaging to our customer service team at [[email protected]].
We will review the claim promptly and, if validated, arrange for a replacement store credit at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Non-Receipt of Package (Lost/Stolen)
We are not liable for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery confirmation. All shipments are sent with tracking. It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Ensure a secure and correct shipping address is provided.
- Monitor the tracking information.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking number if a package is marked “delivered” but not received.

4. Digital Products & Subscriptions
All sales of digital products (e.g., e-books, guides, downloadable content) are final and non-refundable.
For subscription services, you may cancel future renewals at any time, but payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

Our products, including spore syringes and prints, are sold strictly for microscopy and taxonomic research purposes in locations where they are legal. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

We are not responsible for any legal repercussions resulting from the unlawful use or cultivation of our products in prohibited jurisdictions.
